MSBA Comment Letter in response to CSBS proposal of regulation

The MSBA submitted a comment letter to the CSBS in response to the proposal to modernize state regulation of non-banks through a model money services business law.
The MSBA encourages the continued innovation and development in the payments industry while promoting education and communication with federal and state regulators. We appreciate the opportunity to comment on the CSBS Proposed Model Law.
