MSBA comments on de-risking in Paybefore

MSBA commented on the jointly issued White Paper by CSBS and MTRA. The Money Services Business Association applauds the joint efforts by the MTRA and CSBS to educate the public and put some perspective into how thorough the vetting of MSBs is at the state level. We encourage MSB's to join our efforts in education and outreach.
