Order Granting in Part Motion For Preliminary Injuction - Southern California GTO

Pending the conclusion of the litigation in this matter, the Court ORDERS that Defendants, and their officers, agents, servants, employees, and all persons acting in concert or participation with them, are temporarily enjoined from enforcing, implementing, or otherwise giving effect to the SWB GTO, as it applies to ALL COVERED BUSINESSES, AS DEFINED BY THE SWB GTO, THAT ARE LOCATED IN THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA.
