Pennsylvania Money Transmission Business Licensing - Changes effective January 2, 2017

In November, Governor Wolf signed into law Act 129 of 2016, which amended the Money Transmission Business Licensing Law. This law will create significant changes in the way you conduct your business in Pennsylvania. The provisions of the law become effective on January 2, 2017.
