Two Leaders From the MSBA Have Been Appointed to the New CSBS Nonbank Industry Advisory Council

Two leaders from the MSBA have been appointed to the new CSBS Nonbank Industry Advisory Council (NIAC): our Executive Director, Kathy Tomasofsky, and Board Member Michelle Gitlitz, Founder and CEO of Change Agents Technologies.
Announced yesterday, the NIAC gives industry a forum to engage directly with CSBS and state supervisors on NMLS, the State Examination System, and the broader state system of nonbank supervision. Kathy will represent not only MSBA's members but the entire MSB community, while Michelle will bring her perspective and extensive experience in legal, compliance, and digital assets.
